Wireless flip-chip COB of MCC Series features higher electrical resistance. With a welding area 6 times bigger than conventional COB, the series brings higher reliability. Its 100% light efficiency offers 2000nit peak brightness. The series adopts flip-chip COB encapsulation. It is waterproof, shockproof, and static-free. The Ultra-black Processing of the MCC series delivers a 20,000: 1 high contrast. The flip structure gives better heat dissipation, the surface temperature is 10-15° -remarkably lower than the usual LED Displays. The Flip Chip COB MCC Series also features a straight cabinet design.
